Shipping Information

If you placed your order before 17:00 the goods will, in most cases, be sent by GLS the next day. If you have specific requirements regarding the shipment, then there is the possibility to indicate this when placing your order

You can check the status of your order, by logging on to our website. Also you receive the Track & Trace information by email once your order is picked up by GLS.

The costs, of the shipment, depend on the weight of the order and for their country of destination. The delivery time depends on the destination country. Range from 1-2 days for the Benelux, 2-4 days in Europe. Outside Europe, this can vary from 5 to 14 days.

Returns or Exchanges

If you have placed a wrong order, regardless of the circumstances, than you can return or exchange the order under certain conditions.

 

Returns are accepted if the item is undamaged and unused, the original packaging and any seals also are undamaged.

Send the article including all accessories, within 7 days sealed back in original packaging including the original invoice / packing list
